TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Enrollment in the Gold Saving Scheme by a customer would signity placement of an order for jewellery by customer 
  2.  This is jewellery Purchase scheme
  3. Gold Coins and Silver Coins cannot be bought under this scheme
  4.  No discount will be provided in case of premature closure of the scheme
  5.  There are no registration fees.
  6. No additional refund/discount/benefits will be provided under this scheme
  7. You have to select a product and its weight,size at the time of enrollment. you have the flexibility to change your selection during the time of purchase any item. Till the end of 10th month, you will have to confirm the item, type can deliver by the end of 11th month.
  8. Installment payment. You must make payment of installment every 30 days. If there is delay in making payment, making charges will be increased as per points 5 below
  9. For each month delay payment of installment every 30 days if there is delays making payment, making charges will be increased by 0.25%
  10. If you discontinue the scheme before the 11th month you will be eligible to buy any product from our store at the price and making charges displayed and you will not eligible for any discount for the same
  11. The customer shall provide a copy of his/her photo id proof such as Driving License/Passport/PAN etc. at the time of enrollment. The same person in the card should come with original id proof while closing the scheme
  12. The amount paid under the purchase advance scheme has to be compulsorily closed within 365 days. The purchase advance can be closed by sale of the selected ornaments
  13. The scheme can be closed immediately after payment f the 11th installment. If you have paid all the installment, you can come I the DPR Jewellery showroom and collect the ornament after paying the balance amount applicable н you do not collect the ornaments within 20 days of completion of 11th months, the sale will be booked at the prevelling board rate and the omament will be kept aside for you The balanced amount due must be paid within the 12th month itself if balanced amount will not paid within 12th month the sales will be cancelled and the amount remitted will be refunded by way of demand draft cheque and will be sent to the address mentioned in the enrolment from by registered post
  14. Under no circumstance cash refund will be allowed under the scheme
  15. The monthly instalment can be paid in cash/ cheque/online transfer or demand draft
  16. If you have enrolled in the scheme online, the delivery charges for the product would need to borne by you
  17. The sales tax and applicable taxes at the time of sales of omament would need to be borne by you.
  18. There may be a variance of upto 10% in weight from what you have selected you will be charged for the actual weight
  19. All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction
